Meditation is good. The benefits of meditation are well documented. That is why so many people are doing it.

Our unique and simple meditation method allows you to let go of the sources of the obstacles and burdens that are in your mind. As you empty your mind from the accumulated thoughts from the life you have lived, you will start noticing yourself being more open and aware of the world that surrounds you. You will then find yourself able to live a life at your highest potential, full of energy, creativity and wisdom to face your life challenges.

The method is a 7-step program that will give you the ability to reflect on yourself and expand your consciousness through the unique method of discarding the remembered thoughts of your life. You will get to know yourself and the world through a wider perspective and find your true self.

3 Simple Steps

Each Level (technique) involves three components

    Recall the remembered thoughts and images in my mind.
    Reflect on the picture in order to increase self-awareness. Become aware of your habits and attachments, becoming conscious of who you are from a greater perspective: the Universe.
    Throw away the picture with a guided visualization. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from a perspective greater than you: the universe.

True Freedom

Suppressing, analyzing or even adding more to one’s mind will not remedy stress and pain or attain any real enlightenment. However, when one’s past experiences and thought patterns are eliminated, true freedom from such baggage is achieved and the original mind of the universe is revealed.

The mind influences the body: when the mind is stressed the circulation in the body does not flow well, creating illness. When one cleanses the mind, one’s body naturally becomes healthy because the blockages are removed. Meditation has numerous physiological benefits leading to better health.


Once you let go of all the countless thoughts and attachments in your mind, the mind clutter will disappear. When you throw away the false mind that was made from living your life, your mind becomes clear and you are able to live in the present.


Stress limits our productivity. When the mind is clear, productivity and effectiveness in daily life will improve. Those who meditate report an increased ability to focus, maintain equanimity and control over emotions in difficult situations.


Mental burdens do nothing but block the flow of creative ideas. By cleansing the mind, we can unlock our ability to connect with the creativity innate within our true nature. We can gain the insight and wisdom necessary to engage with life and its challenges.

Peace and Clarity

People are incomplete because they live inside their own mind world (hell), rather than the real world (heaven). Our mind world is composed of pictures or concepts we have accumulated over our entire lives and even the all the thoughts we have had. We create our own false mind world by storing these memories as images and essentially live trapped inside these self-made worlds; this causes stress, overthinking and often a great deal of pain and suffering, not only for individuals, but also families and society.
We must discard or detach from the illusionary pictures we have taken and even the concepts of our very selves constructed with these illusions. The reason we must eliminate these illusions is because we live as a slave to them. Simply by discarding the false, we can come to know what our True Nature is. When this happens, is it possible to live in the real world, know true happiness, liberation, and coexistence.
As one progresses through each level using the techniques, enlightenments present themselves naturally from within – to the extent that one’s consciousness has been awakened. Enlightenments are not taught by the meditation guides, rather they come from within ones’ consciousness to the extent that “the self” (mind/ego) has been discarded. When all levels have been completed, a cessation of suffering is accomplished, as we come to fully realize our original nature, by being reborn or awakened in the True world as their true self to live eternally with the True Mind.
