Seven Levels of the Method

Our method is a program of seven levels; each level is a different technique designed to expand consciousness to the mind of the universe. Each level/ technique is taught face-to-face by a meditation guide with great care and compassion, always respecting your process.

Level 1: Throwing away remembered thoughts
Level 2: Throwing away images of myself, images of human relationships, and myself
Level 3: Throwing away the body of my self
Level 4: Throwing away the body of my self and the universe
Level 5: Throwing away the body of my self and the universe
Level 6: My self disappears and Become the universe
Level 7: Throwing away the picture world and myself living in that world

Our method is so simple that even 8-year-old children and 80-year-old grandparents can study together.

Technique

3 Simple Steps

Each Level (technique) involves three components

  1. RECALL
    Recall the remembered thoughts and images in my mind.
  2. REFLECT
    Reflect on the picture in order to increase self-awareness. Become aware of your habits and attachments, becoming conscious of who you are from a greater perspective: the Universe.
  3. SUBTRACT
    Throw away the picture with a guided visualization. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from a perspective greater than you: the universe.

Suppressing, analyzing or even adding more to one’s mind will not remedy stress and pain or attain any real enlightenment. However, when one’s past experiences and thought patterns are eliminated, true freedom from such baggage is achieved and the original mind of the universe is revealed.

Find Your True Self

The age of talking about Truth is over, and now it is the age of becoming Truth.

The reason people are dissatisfied with their lives, experience anxiety, feel inadequate or have moments when they lack meaning is because people do not live in the real world but in the false world, in an illusion. This self-made world, we call the illusionary world or the picture world, because it does not actually exist. Yet, humans do not know they are living in this false world because it overlaps the true world.

It is necessary for all people to escape from this illusionary world. To do this we must discard or detach from the illusionary pictures we have taken and even the concepts of our very selves constructed with these illusions. The reason we must eliminate these illusions is because we live as a slave to them. Simply by discarding the false, we can come to know what our True nature is. When this happens, and only when this happens, is it possible to live in the real world, know true happiness, liberation, and coexistence.

All people believe their own false mind worlds to be the real world. As a result, people are incomplete because they live inside their own mind world (hell), rather than the real world (heaven). Their own mind world is composed of pictures or concepts of their lives lived and thoughts. People create their own false mind worlds themselves by storing these memories as images and essentially live trapped inside these self-made worlds; this causes stress, overthinking and often a great deal of pain and suffering, not only for individuals, but also families and societies.

As one progresses through each level using the techniques, enlightenments present themselves naturally from within – to the extent that one’s consciousness has been awakened. Enlightenments are not taught by the meditation guides, rather they come from within ones’ consciousness to the extent that “the self” (mind/ego) has been discarded. When all levels have been completed, a cessation of suffering is accomplished, as we come to fully realize our original nature, by being reborn or awakened in the True world as their true self to live eternally with the True Mind.
