Questions and Answers
Is this guided meditation?
Every session is guided by a helper (instructor). Helpers are always available to offer guidance and answer questions about the method. Most often, sessions are led as one-on-one sessions. However, we do have scheduled group meditation sessions.
How many sessions can I attend?
Once you choose to sign up, you have access to unlimited sessions at our center. As a beginner, we will work with you on your schedule, by appointment. Once you are comfortable with the method, we encourage you to join the regular class schedule, which we have posted at the center. We can discuss this with you during the Personal Intro.
Members can meditate for as little as 30 minutes, and as long as 2 hours. They can have multiple sessions in a day and even stay the entire day.
How often should I attend sessions?
As much or as little as you wish. We encourage members to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion. Like doing anything worthwhile, your level of benefit is based on the effort you put into it. Progress in meditation depends solely on the member. As much effort is put in, that much progress will be made.
But our main goal is for you to be happy, so, this means you must choose how often you attend to bring balance and joy to your life.
Is prior experience with meditation required?
No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Children as young as six years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.
What are the various payment options? Why do you offer a longer term agreement?
We have different payment options. We provide the option to pay for unlimited classes month by month or the option of a one-year agreement (at a discounted monthly rate). We have a long-term agreement simply to encourage our members to commit to the course.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit card, check or PayPal®.
Honestly this method sounds too good to be true. Is it too good to be true?
Many of us also thought the same when we started, but the effects of the method are real. This is why instructors and other members at the centers are so excited about sharing it with others. We do not ask you to believe anything. Rather, we invite you to throw away and experience it on your own.
