Our method is a program of seven levels; each level is a different technique designed to expand consciousness to the mind of the universe. Our method is so simple that even 8-year-old children and 80-year-old grandparents can study together.


By discarding the attachment to all of the concepts and experiences we have accumulated throughout our lives, we learn to see the world as it is, not as we once believed it to be, leading us to true freedom.


Once we start  to let go of our pain, burdens and judgement, we can begin to appreciate and heal the relationships in our lives. We can learn to eliminate the habits of mind that keep us from connecting with others in an authentic way.

Denver Meditation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Denver community as well as communities worldwide through education in meditation since 2008. Our program is designed to help people recover their true and original nature of self-reliance, self-empowerment, and tranquility. We do this by supporting each individual’s journey to self-knowledge and inner peace and nurturing each person’s ability to coexist, as part of sustainable and just communities.
